As we all know we are facing bleak times ahead with the onset of the recession and many of our readers will be facing hard times through the loss of jobs and significantly reduced income. It is times like these that we will see the true nature and spirit of the custom builders.

It has often been said that “necessity is the mother or invention” and we expect that these oncoming hard times will inspire innovation and resourcefulness from all those involved in building custom bikes or cars.

Brit Chopper are continuing to champion the shed builder and as we are now heading towards the rally season we are looking forward to meeting all of  you inventive builders and share in your experiences.

Don’t forget we have a forum where you can share ideas, swap parts, and generally help each other out. It’s surprising the topics that get discussed on the forum and whilst forums are not everyone’s thing, its definitely worthwhile just popping in occasionally to see what is going on.

Recently we have seen and increase in the number of Rodders joining the forum and we are really pleased to see them, this will add to the diversity of the magazine and forum and hopefully improve the experience for everyone, so if you haven’t been here before or even if you are a regular our message to you is Welcome, come on in, get comfortable and lets have some fun…..sod the recession….ride hard and live free

Well good old Chris has been at it again, he’s been mucking about in his shed working on his radical new builds. Just where he gets his inspiration from we just don’t know, have a peek at this video to see what he is up to and perhaps when you join us on the Brit Chopper 09 Tour you can ask him how he’s getting on?
