Well...didn't conversions like this happen after the war when fuel was scarce but ex-WD bikes were plentiful? If it's not a home-made jobbie, it could be valuable.

well looking at the front end and where the tank is it looks like what we had out the back at reliant
if it is its around 1935 the front is the same
the water board used them and some post offices

I have a van and a pickup raleigh with a v twin 750, they did a 600 single that was very similar to that but I think they had handlebars but the later ones had a steering wheel
